Master of the world, Merciful Father (3), have mercy on me, and heal me from all sicknesses, specifically [specify the illness], as it says,
"BRING (13) TO HASHEM (56) FAMILIES (834) OF THE NATIONS (160), BRING (13) TO HASHEM (56) HONOR (32) AND POWER (83)" = 1250.
Please G-d, Father (3) of salvations (786), Hashem (26), like the blink (305) of an eye (130) = 1250, to be lit with the light of life.
Please G-d, Merciful Father (3), fulfill in us the verse, "and Hashem (26) your G-d (66) will turn over (127) for you (50) (401) the curse (170) into blessing (257), because (30) Hashem (26) your G-d (66) loves you (28)" = 1250.
And grant us the merit Merciful Father (3) to see, Eliyahu Hanavi Zachor Latov face to face, as it says, "he (12) will send (348) to us (86) (401) Eliyahu (52) Hanavi (68) Zachor (233) Latov (47) = 1250.

And inform us of good news, salvations and consolations.

And fulfill in us the verse, Merciful Father (3), "save us (447) quickly (250) for the sake (190) of Your Name (360)" = 1250. "His right hand (116) will save (396) him (36) and his holy (410) arm (389)" = 1250.
And in the merit of this grant me the merit, Merciful Father (3) to true happiness as it says,
"YOU PLACED (850) HAPPINESS (353) IN MY HEART (44)" = 1250.
